Operations and Billing Coordinator to join our tight-knit team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate billing records, managing customer accounts, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

What you will need:
- Attention to detail with a self-starter mindset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
- Experience in Zoho CRM is desirable but not required.
- Experience in QuickBooks is desirable but not required.
- Ability to learn new software and tasks.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- 2 years administrative support experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end billing process, including invoice generation, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
- Generate and analyze billing reports to track revenue and identify trends.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of CRM tools and processes to enhance customer engagement and support.
- Respond to customer queries related to billing and account management in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide administrative support for shareholders, leaders, and employees across the firm.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize, save, and assist with data entry for digital files and information as needed for various projects.
- Order office supplies, food, and beverages for the firm and ensure all areas are stocked appropriately.
- Submit and reconcile expenses reports.
